David Forman - Review & Testimonial

Hi, David, how are you?

Good.

How are you doing?

I'm great. No complaints, our country's collapsing, but that's fine. Anyways, thanks so much for joining us.

Glad to be here.

So first question, what made you look for an accessibility solution for your client?

A little bit of fear, but a lot of questions. We've been getting so many questions over the years. We never really had good options. So we were always searching for something to help, help people, help our clients, and offer a true solution for accessibility. So it was just about seeing what was in the marketplace, getting kind of some feedback, and testing many things.

It was really about solving the client’s issues and answering the questions that they have about accessibility in the world of lawsuits.

It makes a lot of sense. If the clients are concerned about it, it's something that you got to take care of.

And why is it important for you to make their websites accessible? Why is it important that they be available for everybody?

Yeah, well, I mean, it's so important because well, again, you never know who's visiting your website. You never know who a potential client will be; you never know what might slow them down in terms of the buying process or get to know you, or build trust and respect from you as a business. Not for us, but for our clients, that's even more important.

So being able to give something that can easily remove some of that friction is important. I mean, and then to be able to add the plug-in and then to be also able to hear that, Hey, I got somebody who called me that needed a translation or used parts of it and to hear that get people using the accessiBe.

You're using the accessibility features that allow them to interact with your brands.

Awesome. And the last question, what made you work with us specifically? What made you choose accessiBe?

Ease of use, depths of product, and then being able not to really do anything on the front end and just the kind of the one and done solution time available for us, accessibility is important. It doesn't even sometimes rank to get people to call businesses and help do what we do, which is lead generation.

By being not spending time for us or getting now an accessibility expert, or pretty much the cost of running a scan on a website would be the cost of what we'd pay, you

know, to use the plug-in for a year. So, dollars and cents made sense. And then just being able to offer for that. It's such a simple solution for us; it was a no brainer.

Thank you.

I like to say that we follow a kiss, keep it simple, stupid.

Well, you have not deviated from that yet.

So thank you so much for joining us today, David. We appreciate your answers.
