Michael is blind from birth and is accessiBe’s Chief Vision Officer. After graduating from high school with a 3.54-grade average, he attended the University of California, graduating with honors and received a Master's degree in physics. Mike enjoyed a 41-year successful sales career in high-tech. On 9/11 his life changed dramatically as he escaped the second tower of the World Trade Center with the help of his guide dog, Roselle. Days later, America fell in love with Mike and Roselle and the special bond that helped them both survive one of the country’s darkest days. Mike began his speaking career that has spanned over nineteen years and traveled the world as a keynote and inspirational speaker.
In 2020, Mike joined accessiBe with the mission of raising awareness for web accessibility and educating wide audiences about the importance of an inclusive web.
