Buy an accessFlow license

Each domain needs a separate accessFlow license to manage auditing and monitoring. Choose the plan that best fits your organization’s needs.

To buy an accessFlow license

1. On the accessiBe homepage, click Login in the top right corner, and log in to your account.

2. Go to My Licenses on the top menu and select accessFlow. Here you will find a list of all the domains that you have registered for an accessFlow license.

3. Select Add New License.

4. Enter the domain name. For example, yourdomain.com

5. Select Annual Billing or Monthly Billing.

6. Use the slider to select how many pages in your website should accessFlow audit and monitor.

7. The following plans are available:

• Essential: Full AI auditing & monitoring. Automatic MONTHLY scans. Max 20 daily on-demand page scans. Max 3 users. Max 20 funnel actions.
• Business: Full AI auditing & monitoring. Automatic WEEKLY scans. Max 50 daily on-demand page scans. Max 5 users. Max 50 funnel actions. Project management integrations.
• Scale: Everything in Business, and: 10 users, 150 funnel actions, and 150 on-demand page scans. Custom scan frequency, CI/CD Integrations, Dev environments
• Enterprise: Everything in Scale, and: Unlimited users, funnel actions, and on-demand page scans. Custom scan frequency, Tailored SLA, Single Sign-On, Accessibility training, and CSM onboarding.

Note: For the Scale and Enterprise plans we recommend contacting us for a short discovery call. After this short call we will get you set right up!

8. Select Proceed to Payment.

9. Select a payment method and click Confirm Purchase.

Note: Once you have registered your license, accessFlow will run an initial audit of your website. The number of pages audited depends on the type of plan you purchased. Results are shown on the Workflow and Audits > Main page within 2 hours.
